Yup- a clever word play but, not limited just to it. We’ve had questions lots of the time about our name. Not only our name, but what do we do with this name? What do we do with Grocrastinate? How much do we earn from Grocrastinate? What do we get for in return? And after hearing all the answers- Why?
Let’s now start with the name.
What does Grocrastinate mean?
Grocrastinate is the way of life. Too heavy? I know. But if we want to get literal, it is already literal. We are made up of two core words- Grow, and Procrastinate.
If you go through all the fuccess stories we’ve delivered till date, you’ll find that everyone procrastinates. Every single person procrastinates. Grocrastinate is a way of growing amidst the procrastination. I know it sounds too good to be true. But, yes. It’s too good, and is true.
What do we do in Grocrastinate?
We’ve repeated since the day we started, “Grocrastinate is what you will you make out of it; you can make this a bedtime story or you can take what’s of use to you and then create a value for yourselves and those around you. At grocrastinate, we believe that there is no point to extend a single point like a rubber. So, there it is; we supply the resources, experiences, opinions and now it is up to you to create your desired value using the resources that we have handpicked and handtyped (obviously) here.”
This is our mantra. This is our philosophy.
We handpick the stories, and the
artisodes, that will lead people to the path of grocrastination.
- Sundays are for Fuccess Stories- Stories of people who matter, and are unheard of, or aren’t heard of in a manner they should have been heard.
- Mondays and Fridays are when we bring you the Contributor section. The write-ups of energetic contributors.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays are the days where you find the knowledge from across the internet. You get to read the section named Web-Ed, and you’d get webbed for sure.
- Wednesdays: Budhabaar: book-da-baar.
Well, we give book summaries. (Not reviews to be clear.)
How much do we earn from Grocrastinate?
The biggest things we earn from grocrastinate are- values, beliefs, opinion, and the way of life we adopt. If you are talking about the money- NO. We do not earn a single penny from grocrastinate.
Why Grocrastinate then?
Values are the thing we believe in. If
anything imparts values, that is definitely a way of grocrastinate. We all
procrastinate. How much we deny, we do so. Here at Gro, we are starting this
culture of value creation, where people we like bring in others to share the
values and ideas. This is what we do- create value in everything that we do.
Quality is what we thrive for. We believe in value. We in Gro, work continuously on how our contents will create value rather than how it gets published. One cannot influence all but definitely at least one, provided that value is what is disseminated.
What is Grocrastination?
Grocrastination is a way of living. It is a philosophy we adhere and live by. Whatever name you give it- productivity, living life to the fullest; grocrastination is the major tree.
The first and foremost path of grocrastination philosophy is quality over quantity. Do not push the thing you have to do. Pull it closer, and have it done when within reach. Do every work as it were the last work of your life and what defined you after your life. Do it little, but do it as if it were the most precious thing for you.
Another way you have to be committed in grocrastination is the power of time; more clearly, the power of now. Do everything as if you were to die tomorrow, and that the work you are doing right now defined who you were.
The third and final way of grocrastination is about excuses. This happens to be the most difficult way to catch up, as we already are caught up with our excuses. So, say no to excuses. Whatever you have to do isn’t going to be affected by whatever comes in your way unless it’s death and health.
Follow these three steps, and grow to a successful grocrastinator. Start grocrastinating. Grow amidst procrastination.
